Traditional Adoption Program (TAP)

This program serves birthparents that have come to FRC seeking to develop an adoption plan. Families wishing to adopt create a profile describing their lives, hopes and dreams.

Birthparents are shown EVERY parent profile that matches their expectations (for example: families with a specific religious background, or those who already have children). Birthparents then have the opportunity to find out more about the family that they have chosen before placement and the finalization of their adoption plans. FRC is a free-choice agency, and facilitates adoptions that range from highly open to somewhat closed.
