FRC Celebrates at Annual Picnic!
On Saturday, August 27th, Family Resource Center (FRC) hosted its 22nd Annual Family Picnic! More than 390 friends of FRC turned out for this annual celebration. The event was held at the Busse Woods Forest Preserve in Schaumburg. Guests enjoyed a day of great food and fun activities for the kids. Pony rides, a petting zoo, bounce house, giant obstacle course, carnival games, hula hoop contest and water balloon contests were just a few of the afternoon highlights.
FRC also received a visit from 103.5 morning radio personality, Brotha Fred.
The picnic continues to be a popular annual event for many in the FRC community, and it is always wonderful to see people reconnect with each other and with FRC staff. Busse Woods continues to be the perfect venue, offering plenty of room to spread out, ample parking and a beautiful setting.
Thank you all to those who were able to attend.
