FRC’s Family Picnic is Almost Here!

Once again it is time for our Annual Family Picnic. The Picnic will be held (Rain or Shine) on Saturday, September 6th from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at The Busse Woods Forest Preserve located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. As always, this event gives our China groups, our adoptive parents, their children, and our dedicated staff the opportunity to get together and re-connect in a relaxed and fun-filled atmosphere.
