Sometimes our adoption counselors are aware of possibilities that birth parents may not have considered. Our compassionate and experienced counselors have helped hundreds of birth mothers and birth fathers explore their options for unplanned pregnancies so that they can make the best decision for themselves and their child.
Family Resource Center and the Adoption Center of Illinois support birth parents no matter what decision they reach. Understanding adoption is a good place to start. We take a non-judgemental and respectful approach. Clearly it is up to birth parents to decide what is best for their child and we appreciate the difficult choices they make and support them in every way possible.
Our birth parent counselors are available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week to answer questions, to help with urgent situations, or just to
provide a helping hand when someone feels lost or alone.
