At Family Resource Center (FRC) we specialize in providing a wide range of domestic adoption services - including our "traditional adoption" program, assistance to potential adoptive parents who want to take an active role in reaching out to birth parents on their own, and our African-American adoption program. We provide comprehensive "stand alone" home study services in Illinois.
